1. Premarkethome.com is owned and operated by Nomad X LLC, a MarTech company focused on real estate data services that provide information to consumers. 

2. PremarketHome services are not intended to, nor will they provide you with any financial, real estate, tax or legal guidance or advice of any kind.

3. Premarkethome.com partners with New and Modern Group LLC as a prime provider of real estate services, but also offers access to multiple real estate brokerages through its partner program, to connect consumers with licensed Real Estate professionals upon request.  We assumes no responsibility for any result or consequence related directly or indirectly to any action or inaction that you or any consumer takes based on the services, data or information we provide as part of our services.  Nomad X is a data company and is not a Real Estate Brokerage   

4. Use of our Services:  By agreeing to our terms of use, you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, limited and non-transferrable license to use our services for your personal discovery ad evaluation of real estate.  License d real estate professionals and Brokers are also permitted to use this site and its services in their professional capacity to provide information to their clients as allowed by their licensure and local laws. 

5. You are not granted license, nor are you permitted to use, reproduce, distribute, display or provide access to any portion of our data, information or services.

6. Prohibited Use:  You agree to not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, create derivative works from, scrape, decompile or reverse engineer any portion of our services or data made available to you though this service.

7. You agree to not share any confidential information shared with you as part of this service or its affiliated partners.

8. PremarketHome and Nomad X LLC reserves the right to collect, use, store and disclose identifiable information.

9. Indemnification:  You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Nomad X LLC, Premarkethome.com, our partners and affiliates from any and all claims and demands made by any third party arising from 1) your use of or access to our services; 2) your breach of these terms; 3) disputes or issues with any third party; 4) misconduct of your own doing, fraudulent account   

10. No Warranties: This service is provided "as is" and makes no guarantees to the accuracy, validity, completeness or thoroughness of its information.  Premarkethome.com and Nomad X make no  representations, warranty or conditions.

11.  We reserve the right to revoke access, terminate membership or special access to any party deemed a liability or in breech of our terms and conditions; without notice and at any time.

12. PremarketHome.com is not a MLS and is not affiliated with any Multiple Listing Services.  

13. You Agree and Acknowledge that Nomad X will be owed a referral services fee calculated based on the gross commission of any opportunities that arise from he data shared within this service.  This includes, homes sales, listings,  buyer introductions, investor introductions, builder introductions, or any other sales that are sourced or given as a result of engaging with this service or the opportunities, leads or referrals presented within.

14. Referral fees will be calculated as 50% off all gross commission received on the purchase or sale of all properties sold through partnership with this service, through data provided by this service, or through opportunities that arise as a result of data provided through this service (including purchases or listings).  Opportunities that arise indirectly from the use of this service or though referred opportunities and connections that are not directly correlated with a property published on this service will carry a 20% referral fee for listings and purchases.  Please refer to your broker you have questions about this. Referral fees will be due for a term of 5 years after the initial introduction, referral or connection through this service, whether directly or indirectly.  

15. To participate in this service your licensed Real Estate Broker will sign and agree to the Broker Participation Agreement and reserves the right to amend, adjust or modify commissions in accordance with their agreement or the terms of this service agreement.
