New homes, before they’re built
PreMarket Home tracks every property in New Jersey and finds new homes long before they’re built or listed. That’s inventory no listing site has, because most of these homes won’t be listed until they’re nearly done, if they’re listed at all.

Zillow shows you what’s for sale. We show you what’s being built.
New construction in New Jersey mostly happens one home at a time, and most of it never shows up on a listing site until late in the build, if at all. The best of these homes are spoken for before a sign ever goes up.
We find them at the start instead of the end, and we follow each one through to completion, so you can see what’s coming to the towns you care about long before anyone else does.
Before the first shovel, not after the sign goes up
- 1

Every lot and every home in the state, updated daily. Nothing slips through.
- 2
We find new homes before they're built
Our system picks up new construction long before a shovel hits the ground, and long before anyone lists it.
- 3
We follow every build
We keep tabs on each home as it moves toward completion, so you always know how far along it is.
- 4
We bring you in first
Tell us what you're looking for. Our team confirms plans and timing with the builder and introduces you before the home is ever listed.
Every card shows how far along it is
The build stage, from groundbreaking to move-in
Four stages, from just getting started to finished and still unlisted.
- Early Stage
Just getting started. Completion is 6+ months out.
- Mid Stage
Construction is under way. Roughly 3 to 6 months from done.
- Nearing Completion
Finishes are going in. Within about 3 months.
- Move-in Ready
Finished, and still not listed anywhere else.
You talk to us. We handle the builder.
- 01
You reach our team, not the builder
Request info or schedule a showing on any home, or call (201) 801-3416. Every request goes to the PreMarket Home team.
- 02
We narrow it down together
A specialist calls you back to understand your towns, budget and timing, and lines up the homes that fit, including ones that just came onto our radar.

Sign, unlock, visit
A short e-signed agreement unlocks exact addresses. From there we set up the builder introduction, plans and site visits as each home allows. Already working with an agent? They sign a co-broker agreement instead and you both get access.
Frequently asked
What is a premarket home?
A new-construction home we've found before it's finished or listed. A builder is building, or about to build, on the property.
Is PreMarket Home a builder?
No. PreMarket Home is an independent service that tracks new construction across New Jersey and connects buyers to it early. Calls and requests go to our team, not to the builder.
How early is early?
Often a year or more before the home is finished, and long before it would ever be listed. Many of these homes are sold before they reach the market.
Why can't I see the address?
Builders don't want strangers walking onto active job sites, so exact addresses unlock after a short e-signed agreement with PreMarket Home. It takes a minute. Everything else about the home, including the town, neighborhood, size and build stage, is open.
Why is the picture blurred or a rendering?
Because the home isn't built yet. The image is an artist's rendering that shows the kind of home being built, not the final design.
How accurate are the prices?
They're estimates, and the builder sets the final price. When we aren't confident we show "Price on request" rather than guess.
Do you cover all of New Jersey?
Yes. We track property records for the whole state, and the homes on the site right now are spread across 540+ New Jersey towns.
I already have an agent. Can I still use PreMarket Home?
Yes. Bring them along: your agent signs a co-broker agreement, you both get access to addresses, and we work alongside them.
Are these homes listed anywhere else?
No. Once a home is listed publicly it comes off the site, so what you see here is inventory other sites don't have.
